Cause to CELEBRATE !!!
As the dog days of summer drag on – and the push to open 3 new school sites and a seriously reconstructed (and virtually doubled in floor space) HS – this MONDAY looms large in everyone’s hearts and minds, we need every cause to celebrate.
Join me in congratulating Bart Romero. To quote 85239mine, “Bart Romero was honored at the Arizona Agricultural Teachers’ Association (AATA) Luncheon as the “Teacher of the Year” for the Estrella District.” Bart is a highly deserving recipient of this honor and our praise.
While this is not connected directly to my Educational/Instructional Technology side of our MUSD ‘house’, this great news comes out of our CTE Group (Career Technical Education/CAVIT) at Maricopa High School. Link directly to the full article posted on www.8523mine.com.
A nice side note: Our new Technology Director, Jack Wallbrecht, came to his current position after being MUSD CTE Director, where he worked directly with Mr. Romero and an amazing and dedicated staff of stellar CTE educators!
